BTS have been releasing “BTS Notes” for different songs from their latest album “BE” with each individual member singing the song acapella style. In the notes you get to hear the member’s raw vocals as they serenade you with the beautiful music. The notes started off with Suga’s notes for the track “Telepathy”, next was RM’s notes for the lead single “Life Goes On”, Jungkook’s notes for “Stay” followed, the fourth member was Jimin with notes for “Dis-ease”, followed by V’s notes for “Blue & Grey”, then J-Hope’s notes for “Dis-ease” and second last was Jin’s notes for “Stay”. The last notes were released for the song “Fly To My Room.” Fly to My Room notes was the only track without a specific note from BTS, leaving the chance open for fans to create their own conclusions about the reasons why.
BTS’ “BE (Deluxe Edition)” was released on November 20, 2020. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 with their title track ‘Life Goes On’ earning No. 1 spot on Billboard Hot 100, their first with a Korean song and the first ever Korean song to top the chart. “Life Goes On” earned them their third No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart after “Dynamite” and Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo’s “Savage Love – Laxed – Siren Beat’)” With their chart topping and record-breaking track “Dynamite”, BTS earned their first group nomination on 24th November 2020 at Grammys 2021 in the Pop Duo/Group cagtegory.
