The musical phenomenon "Spring Day" by the globally acclaimed group BTS has made history by achieving the longest chart run in the 20-year history of Melon, South Korea's largest music platform. Spring Day," the title track from BTS' YOU NEVER WALK ALONE," album has maintained a consistent presence on Melon's daily chart for an astonishing seven years without a single day of absence. Since its initial release on February 13, 2017, the song has demonstrated remarkable resilience, securing a spot on the charts for seven consecutive years. Moreover, as of 4 a.m. on the 13th, "Spring Day" has amassed an impressive 969.3 million streams on Melon, solidifying its status as the top streaming song on the platform every minute and every second. Melon recognizes this outstanding achievement by awarding the prestigious 'Billion Bronze Club' badge to artists who reach a cumulative total of 1 billion streams. With "Spring Day," BTS is on the brink of meeting this remarkable milestone.

Music experts attribute the enduring popularity of "Spring Day" to its warm and resonant message. Since their debut in 2013, BTS has consistently connected with contemporary youth through various narrative series like the "School Trilogy" and "Hwa Yang Yeonhwa." The group's growth narrative culminated in their 2016 second full-length album "WINGS," which resonated globally. The subsequent release, "WINGS Gaiden: YOU NEVER WALK ALONE," served as a source of comfort and hope for the youth facing challenges in the modern era.

Notably, the authenticity of "Spring Day" is enhanced by the deeply personal experiences conveyed through its lyrics, blending the perspectives of RM and SUGA. As BTS continues to make an indelible mark on the music industry, "Spring Day" stands as a testament to the group's enduring impact and the timeless appeal of their artistry.
