BTS WISHES ARMY GOOD HEALTH & HOPES TO SEE THEM SOON AS THEY CELEBRATE CHUSEOK

It’s always good to see BTS happy, relaxed and enjoying each other’s company. These last few weeks they have been busy with promotions for their chart topping single ‘Dynamite’ that just got its 3 wins for no. 1 on Billboard Hot 100, Global 200, and Global 200 exclusive USA. The Bangtan Boys have a very special message for ARMY in celebration of ‘Chuseok” holiday.

Chuseok means “Autumn eve”, once known as hangawi from archaic Korean for “the great middle (of autumn)”), is a major harvest festival and a three-day holiday in both North- and South Korea celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar on the full moon. Like many other harvest festivals around the world, it is held around the autumn equinox, i.e. at the very end of summer or in early autumn. This year it will be celebrated from 30th September to 2nd October. Chuseok is basically Korean Thanksgiving holidays.

Chuseok is usually observed by visiting family’s hometown, ancestor worship, harvest feasts with songpyeon (Korean half-moon shaped rice cakes) and rice wines.

BTS wished their family, friends and ARMY a happy Chuseok. They made wishes for what they hope the future to be and the well being of their family, friends and ARMY. Suga wished that the Covid 19 would end so that they can see ARMY again and honestly, same. We hope things can get back to normal so that we can all start our lives again.

HAPPY CHUSEOK BTS!
