Jimin’s birthday is coming up on 13th October and his fans are deep into the plans to celebrate his 25th birthday. Immediately October hit, the plans were set in motion. On 9th October, Park Jimin Bar, one of his many fanbases in China unveiled one of their major projects, and it is massive! Jimin took over the world’s largest mall in Dubai with his birthday ads on display for 7 days on more than 340 ad screens! He is only individual artist in the world whose noncommercial ads have been permitted by the Dubai Mall to take over every screen.
The Dubai Mall only received commercial advertisement from well-known brands like HUAWEI. Jimin therefore becomes the first artist whom the Dubai Mall accepted for personal advertising and on ‘all screen coverage of the mall’. This means that visitors from all over the world coming to the mall will see and experience Jimin’s unrivaled charm, and vocals since his song ‘Filter’ plays in the background.
The Dubai Mall, located in Dubai, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has 555,600 square meters floor area that is as big as 50 football stadium. It is also the world’s most visited mall and has become a tourist attraction with more than 80 million annual visitors. It also has a 250-room luxury hotel, 22 cinema screens plus 120 restaurants and cafes.
Jimin’s 15 second ads will run 288 times per day, starting 9th until 15th October on ALL advertising screens, elevator screens, subway line stations signs, and even parking lot. Truly a Jimin birthday takeover!
